Should we be calling the FBI?

In case you weren’t aware of it, this sounds like a threat, and all it takes is one of us at Equal Time Radio to THINK it is a threat for the threat to be real.

You publicly posted it over the Internet (wire) which makes it a Federal offense. You demonstrated malice and forethought by saying you like to “destroy” and then gave the target: Equal Time Radio and all of its participants.

I know it is easy to sit behind your monitor and belch out the most outlandish things you can think of. Most of the time there is little or no consequence. But when you make a direct threat and PING the site you are threatening, then we have a problem.

After a quick survey of your site and a LexisNexis search, I see you aren’t too keen with Liberals. Hey, that is your prerogative. You can have your opinions you can even voice your opinions — it is what makes this country so great. Idiots can be idiots without fear of retribution.

Except when they making threats.

Like I said, it doesn’t matter whether the threat is real or not — WE only have to believe it is, and then it becomes a crime.

Why? Because we have no way of knowing whether you mean it or not. We can only guess what is in your head or what motivates you.

I think I have a pretty good idea, given what I have read about you over the past three hours — and what an interesting collection of stuff that is. A lot of facade and no real substance. You seem to thrive on creating scenarios where you become the “victim”.

This is one scenario where you don’t want to pretend to be the “victim”.

Do yourself a favor and just delete this post. Walk away and don’t look back. If we have to hear from you again, you can be sure we will turn the screenshots and pingbacks over the to FBI.
